Bring back treasure quest?

I quite liked the treasure quest plugin but after a while some people would just fly over to it or because it spawned so often i would just not bother or ended up with loads of pointless stuff. That is why i think it would be perfect in the faction world

permissions set so its available in faction world only
config so that it spawns within the boundary of the bedrock walls & it does not spawn so often ( once a day at a set time would be awesome)
