A few new plugins

I know i should probably wait for the recommended build from bukkit but this morning before work i was a little bored.

I wanted to install a casino plugin so i can play with fruit machines. To do this i had to install the Vault plugin which looks pretty awesome and i also had to add the iconomy plugin so we can have some money. Well i got it all working after some tweaking. there is a working fruit machine at spawn in world but will make a better one when i get time. Permissions will be a bit flaky as always with new plugins but an owner will check and sort them out asap.

ooo dang sorry thats my bad err i will add it tonight along with the updated config to make it work. I did actually sort it before my leave but for some reason forgot to install.
