Quick Update

Hello all, first of all, last night we were griefed, UGL getting their revenge you could say, they banned several users, if you were one post your in game name below. I am currently away due to personal things so can't come and check the damage, until we asses how bad it is the server will be down, of we do have to rollback it is likely to be at least 5 days.

Apart fRom that, panic will be back Monday I believe so we can fix the grief and begin improving the server, without pan has been by no means a smooth ride but I think apart from the griefing (twice) we have on the whole survived.

We hope to fix the server quickly but I don't have my laptop so kier is going it alone for a few days.

This whitelist will just be during the course of these couple of days, or maybe even hours, who knows.

Look on Skype, I already rolled back every time someone joined the server it disconnected them for 'overloading', look on Skype

Hi guys sounds like you are having a torrid time so sorry I can not be there to help but sounds like you are doing everything you can for which I am very greatful. I have a couple of ideas on how to stop this reoccuring it's somethings I did not want to do but it sounds like it's nessasary. I will log in tommorrow so I can talk through it with you. Also I have some other gaming news to talk about some good others, well I think you expected I know kie knew it was coming.

Stage one is keeping the whitelist on. I am slowly adding players who i have played with and I trust onto the whitelist. This is a manual process and I am doing this by those who i see log in through the console and get kicked due to whitelist if i recognise the name then i add them.
Sorry for those that i miss or have not done yet.

Think it's for the best been a hell of a lot of unknown names trying to join, as well as the griefers trying to join of 4 banned accounts (teaearlgreycold, teaearlgreyhot, rarara77, takao) we also need to watch who we give power too, takaos trust gaining infiltration was inspirational lol.
Not sure when you're back in the UK pan, hopefully soon before I lose the will to live
