If you are using WorldGuard please look at the Bukkit page for the plugin.

It appears that using the latest snapshot might resolve the log errors that are being generated.

If you do not update World Guard to a working version I will be disabling it as it is causing massive issues on the disks as log files are getting very big, very quickly.
